Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times: Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages: LULO Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us via our Contact page and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. LULO Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States only.
